Exchange & Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for up to 45 days from the day you received your order.
All returned merchandise must be in new/original and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached.
Please note final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to proceed for a return or change of size?
1.The product has arrived damaged or defective: write to and we will send you the product again completely free of charge and without shipping costs.
2. If you're not convinced about the product, If it looks small/big, or you just have just changed your mind: Return it to us with the delivery note indicating if you want to replace it with another product or if you want the money's refund and send you can send it to this address:

Once We receive the products we will give you a code so You can make a new purchase without any additional costs. If you have requested for a refund, We will make the refund using the same payment method from which the purchase was made.
If you have requested for an exchange, the shipping fee for the new order will be waived. If we do not have stock for the size you requested for exchange, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Our Full Returns Policy :
• Selected items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days from the date you received your order.
• All returned merchandise must be in NEW/ORIGINAL and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached. We will not accept any items that are not in this condition.
• FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. Please see list of final sale items below.
• Final sale items and items not in new/original condition with all tags and original packaging will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will not provide return labels or refund shipping fees.
• Please ensure all returned items are well packaged. If returning footwear, please make sure the shoebox is packed with an outer layer. As the shoebox is part of the product, we will not accept returned footwear with a damaged shoebox.
• If returning designer bags and accessories, all packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, tags and box should be included with your return.
• Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package. We will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the return delivery process.
• If you have requested for a refund, the original shipping fee and taxes/duties of your order will not be refunded.
• If you have requested for an exchange, the shipping fee for the new order will be waived. If we do not have stock for the size you requested for exchange, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
• If the item you received is INCORRECT, MISSING, or DEFECTIVE, please contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package.
• Upon dispute, Mr. Le Môko reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.

*If you no longer want your order and your order is eligible for return, you're welcome to return your item to us. If you refuse your shipment upon delivery, all associated return costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
