Customs Duties & Taxes
Customs Tax & Duties are non-refundable through MrLEMOKO.com. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.
We accept returns and exchanges for up to 45 days from the day you received your order.
All returned merchandise must be in new/original and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached.
Please note final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once We receive the products we will give you a code so You can make a new purchase without any additional costs.
If you have requested for a refund, We will make the refund using the same payment method from which the purchase was made.
If you have requested for an exchange, the shipping fee for the new order will be waived. If we do not have stock for the size you requested for exchange, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
